The LIFE Formula 4Self is a six-week program that begins by elucidating our creativity, progresses through declaring our purpose, and culminates in manifesting our mission. The final three segments focus on the tools at our disposal to aid in reaching milestones of self-awareness recovery within designated timeframes. While initially structured as a six-week endeavor, this course serves as a lifelong resource.
