Self-awareness is a crucial component in trusting our intuition. It involves a deep understanding of our emotions, feelings, strengths, perfections, imperfections, our human capacity, and Divine nature. It is the underlying motives that drive our behaviors. This awareness enhances our ability to discern intuitive insights from mere impulsive reactions or biased thoughts, thereby refining the reliability of our inner tutelage.

When we are self-aware, we recognize the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that influence our perceptions and perspectives. This recognition helps in distinguishing between true intuition and reactions shaped by past traumas, societal pressures, or temporary emotions. As an example, fear and anxiety can often masquerade as intuition, leading to decisions driven by avoidance rather than genuine insight. By being self-aware, we can identify these distortions and ensure our intuitive judgments are based on authentic inner knowledge. The Intuitive Spirit within each of us guides us quietly, never forcibly (as the choice is always within our authority). It will be an "I don't know how I know...I just know" or I fear stepping ahead; however, I just know it's the right thing to do.

The guidance we receive may be uncomfortable for us. This is when we want to assess if the discomfort is actually coming from our head - an *intellectual comprehensive evaluation from past experiences, causing an apprehension to move forward or if is it originating from our heart and we're simply experiencing an emotional fear to move forward.

Self-awareness fosters emotional intelligence, allowing us to process and interpret the experiences of our emotional sensations accurately. This skill is essential for understanding the subtle cues our intuition sends us and we being subtly situationally aware. For example, a sensation of experiencing uneasiness in a particular situation might be an intuitive alert, however, without self-awareness, we might dismiss it or misinterpret its significance. How many times have we experienced the "red light" warning sensation (usually in a relationship) and simply ignored it?

Additionally, self-awareness encourages continuous inner personal enhancement. As we become more tuned with our thoughts and emotions, we can reflect on past decisions, learn from mistakes, and refine our Spirit to soul-speaking skills. This ongoing evolution of trusting our inner guidance ensures that we can trust it without question over time.

In essence, self-awareness is the main ingredient upon which high vibrational trust in our intuition is built. It ensures we can trust sensations and whispers within, they are not clouded by extraneous influences and allows us to trust our inner voice with confidence. By planting seeds of self-awareness recovery, we enhance our ability to make sound, intuitive decisions that align with our true selves.
